By simply connecting to the website golfacademytv.com (the «website ») with SA ESM-TV head office located in 1332 Genval, rue de Rixensart 18/5, as sole proprietor, any user, private or professional, national or foreigner, accepts, subject to no alteration, the terms and conditions of use as described hereunder. Furthermore, he commits to follow a loyal and responsible attitude. The user acquires, in compensation of his annual subscription, a right to private use, non exclusive and not transmissible on the contents of the website. He will in no case make use of it in a professional or collective context, except if express and prior authorization from SA ESM-TV. All reproduction, retrieval, change and/or link is prohibited.
