- After downloading My Mirror software,will not install and shows the following message : "The setup files are corrupted, Please obtain a new copy of the program"

- The image is filled with colored stripes,pixels or is not properly displayed.

The update of your graphic card (the ATI radeon are the initiators of most recorded problems) should solve the problem.
1) Search for the make and reference of your graphic card.(Ex: Card Nvidia 6600XL)
2) Go on the editor website (ATI : www.amd.com or NVIDIA: www.nvidia.com 2),download the new drivers/pilots and install the.We decline all responsibility in case of bad usage.

- How can I delete my personal videos that are saved in the models?

Click once on the referenced video and press the key Suppr or Del

- I installed several video or packs softwares, and mirror does not operate properly.

Reinstall Windows Media Player 11 and/or reset your codes using this software this software

- I installed Mirror a first time under Windows Vista,then a second time on the same computer under Windows 7. Right now, i cannot install on the laptop.

- I’m starting up Mirror for the first time,but I have no videos in the library.

It’s normal, it takes a few minutes (sometimes up to 1 hour for low speed connections) before the videos show up To follow-up the loading of the videos, go to : Help>Update in Mirror.

- I downloaded MIRROR,it runs properly but I cannot find the model library.

The model library is situated on the bottom right of the software under the tab name "Golf ".If nothing happens after a few minutes, check that the downloading is going along normally (section Help>Update).

- I have a black screen when I run the videos models?

Place Mirror as Exception in the windows firewall.

- I have a black screen when I file a student video in the model

Uncheck the mode "Export improved"in the menu"Options"
